Payment Modes

  • We offer two payment options :
    1. Prepaid Payment : Pay via MasterCard, UPI, wallet, etc.
    2. Partial Payment (50% Advance + 50% COD) : Pay 50% of the amount in advance and the remaining 50% as Cash on Delivery (COD), along with a 2% COD remittance charge.

Return & Refund Policy

At Ishmades, all products are handcrafted and most are made-to-order or customized. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Please ensure all order details, including customization information and shipping address, are accurate before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The video must clearly show the packaging, opening process, and the issue with the product.

  • Clear photographs must also be provided.

  • The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Once verified, we will offer an exchange for the same product. Refunds will not be provided in any case.
